Exchange / Returns Policy

On receipt of your order please check that all garments fit and are as described. Please keep the tags on all garments and keep the packaging of all parts and accessories (try not to damage packaging if possible) until you are certain they suit your needs. With your order, you have been sent a note from the store that supplied the items. Your receipt is attached to this note. Please keep in a safe place for exchange or returns, since proof of purchase will be required.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) for exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping where charged or if your total spending is now less than $100). Please note the reason for the return, make a copy of your receipt for your records, and include the receipt with your return. We ask that you also include your name, address and contact details.

If you wish to exchange the garment for a different size, please include AUD$8.95 for Australia wide regular postage. Cheques/money orders should be made payable to retrOskins: alternatively, please include your credit card number, expiry date and three digit verification number.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and the items must be in new (saleable) condition, with hang-tags and care-tags still attached. Items that have been worn/used will be accepted only for reason of manufacturer defect. Please see warranty claims, below.

We do not reimburse for return shipping costs. Please return the item to the store or direct to PO Box 150 Richmond, 3121 Victoria Australia that is referred to on the note attached to your receipt.  

Warranty Claims 

An item found to be faulty within a reasonable period of time since purchase may be replaced, repaired or refunded. It may be necessary for us to return the garment/item to the manufacturer for assessment. We will make every effort to resolve any warranty claim as soon as possible.

In addition to your statutory warranty, some garments may be covered by manufacturers warranty, offering increased protection for the consumer. The warranty conditions are generally described on tags attached to the garment.

We do not reimburse return shipping costs. Please return the item to the store or direct correspondence with retrOskins that is referred to on the note attached to your receipt.
